Initial Consultation
During your initial consultation, we will discuss your areas of struggle, your goals and how we can help you create a positive short term and long term improvement plan. From here, our services are broken down into two categories:
Rebalance:
No different to a Professional Athlete, we all require the same level of attention to diet, exercise and rest if they want to perform at their peak everyday!
During a Rebalance consultation, we will discuss your typical working day and how nutrition, exercise and rest currently fit into it. From here, we will discuss the science behind these three essential performance elements and how your current habits could be holding you back. You will leave your Rebalance consultation with a deep understanding of what you need to do to sustain and exceed your current Professional performance levels. You will also receive a personalized plan outlining your new Professional habits and giving you new tools to ensure you are performing at your absolute peak.
Refocus:
As working Professionals, we have been programmed over many years on 'How' to do what we do and 'Why' we should do it that way. Right or wrong, it is who we are. But have you ever taken a step back and questioned your own style or wondered why you cannot get the best out of yourself or the people around you? Have you heard things like 'He sets the bar too high', 'She only cares about the bottom line', 'She isn't tough enough' or 'He is too rigid with the rules'? It is a common problem but one we can fix.
During a Refocus consultation, we will unearth the Driving Forces behind the 'Why' you do things the way you do and the Behavioral Make Up of 'How' you do it. We will complete a comprehensive assessment that will identify your professional and personal behaviors and drivers, and create a deep insight into your actions and reactions. We will discover the 'Blind Spots' in your performance, helping you first acknowledge their presence and then decide if they are habits you want to continue using.
The Refocus consultation is not for everyone. It is a deep look at your true personality for the first time and gives you the opportunity to acknowledge the strengths you may have dismissed as strengths and understand the elements of you that have been holding you back. It requires you to be candid and honest with yourself for true self-improvement.
